All our Intruder Alarm Systems can be linked up to your local Police Authority to ensure a fast response as and when needed.

If you are away from work out of hours, you can rest assure if your alarm is triggered there is back up plan whereby a trusted person(s) of your choice will be contacted via the Central Station to inform of any activation (Keyholder Response – see our special offer*). This is a person rather than an automated telephone voice message. Key-holder can then check and assess the premises. We have a range of maintenance contracts on offer in case of such emergency and we are able to respond within 4 hours (usually almost immediately depending upon location).

Gone are the days of the bells only system for intruder alarms. The sounder may alert people of activation but more commonly provoke annoyance to neighbours rather than highlighting a possible break-in. Police Authority will not respond to a ringing bell unless there is visual evidence of an offence-in-progress e.g. a witness. Detecting intrusion is no longer enough. Monitoring is the only way to ensure help and action are summoned immediately.

Digital Communicator Monitoring:

This is a LOW COST monitoring device that can either be utilised as a Keyholder Response System/GRADE 2 Policed System. Upon activation, the dedicated telephone line automatically dials Alarm Receiving Centre who informs Police Authority and Key-holder immediately on confirmed alarm.

DualCom Plus/GPRS monitoring:

This works as a Digital Communicator but with the added extra of a Radio/dual path signal. If one signal falters, rest assure the other will still be activated, detecting cut lines to provide backup communication.

Redcare Monitoring:

This incorporates a dual-path system with the backup of an additional monitoring path. This is an ideal step up from a digital communicator.

Redcare GSM Monitoring:

This combines a secure Redcare landline connection with a GSM Radio backup path. In the event of a line cut it enables alarm systems to be monitored via the Radio path.

DD243 ACPO - Compliance on Monitored Burglar Alarms

The Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) requires compliance on Intruder Alarms Systems to DD243. This recommends that high priority is only given to alarms which are confirmed.
