"This is a short thank you to you and the two gentlemen who fitted my CCTV system. I am writing to you because it is extremely rare in Britain today, to be given EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from start to end of a transaction. From the moment you spoke to me on the phone, to the moment I paid the guys the service has been excellent. I was extremely impressed by the way the guys continually cleaned up after themselves and stayed out of the way. Please take this letter and show it to your guys and colleagues.
